Our infrastructure, at a glance is as follows

We have a 3200 Sqm workspace where about 30 extremely competent IT staff is involved in understanding and solving clients’ problems.

The staff at Stwtpl is adept at using the latest softwares to design solutions for customers. Our design team regularly uses Windows 2003, Linux RedHat 7.2 services, Apache 1.3.20.

It is the Internet that has today brought the world together and close. This is much appreciated at Stwtpl .Clients requirements of Internet connectivity is met through the regular use of broadband wireless and DSL connections.

Our dedicated employees operate from over thirty workstations for programming, designing, client servicing and administrative activities.

While designing solutions for our customers, we always ensure correct and precise documentation of all steps and parameters to ensure easy usage at the clients’ end.

Our Quality Assurance Engineers carry out proper testing, including stringent Internet quality tests, of all designed solutions to ensure that the product is near fool proof at usage point. The Quality Assurance Engineers’ are equipped to ensure that the latest in technology is used for all customers.

Our clients get 24X7support from us for all their IT needs.

We have a planned Development Centre in New Delhi and several Business Development and Client Support Offices in the US states of Texas, California, New York and Maryland. This ensures an immediate global reach for our company. At Stwtpl, we also provide our clients with a well-organized data management department. Therein we offer a wide range of back office work to our customers, including large-scale data entry, document conversion, scanning solution and perfect data base management.

Our work is done in environment friendly atmosphere and our Sale, Marketing and Customer Support Division act as the perfect interface with the clients. Client satisfaction is always our goal and we have built ourselves to achieve that easily and effectively.
